Initial
consultation: $250.00
Includes a full evaluation of both the exterior and
interior of the home with written detailed instructions
and decorating advice for paint colors, furniture, artwork,
and accessory placement, as well as landscape and “curb
appeal” tips.
(The consultation fee is waived if further services
are desired)
Re-design:
$500.00 For furnished and/or occupied homes
Includes: (Initial consultation), hands-on
re-arrangement of furnishings in the home with a complete
in-home evaluation to give the home a fresh, updated
feel using paint colors, and complementary accessories,
which are loaned out from my personal collection.
(Any work that is required, such as cleaning, painting,
installation of new flooring, etc. is not included in
the price)
Partial
Staging: $750.00 For vacant homes
Includes: (Re-design), renting* furniture,
artwork and accessories for the main living areas of
the house and outside patio, excluding all bedrooms
other than the master. Window dressings, bedding, and
towels may or may not be included in price, depending
on availability. *(Rental fees are extra)
Complete
Staging: $900.00 For vacant homes
Includes: (Partial Staging), plus every
room in the house gets a designer touch.
(Total square footage not to exceed 2000 sf.)
$1000.00 for homes up to 3000 sf.
$1500.00 for larger estate-sized homes.
Room by room: Pricing will be based on the amount of
work the project requires. |
